Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom, made-to-order, and bulk orders may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times vary based on carrier selection and destination and are calculated at checkout.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are provided as estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations
Extreme temperatures or severe weather conditions may require us to briefly delay shipment to protect product quality. In these instances, we appreciate your patience as we prioritize the integrity of your order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided, and we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If your package appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. We’re happy to assist where possible.
Shipping Confirmation
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the shipping provider.
