Because Coco Elan products are personal care items, all purchases are considered final to ensure hygiene and product integrity. That said, we proudly stand behind the quality of every item we produce and are happy to assist if something isn’t right.

Order Concerns & Quality Assurance

If your order arrives:

  • damaged during transit, or

  • not aligned with Coco Elan quality standards

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cocoelanco.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, an approved concern may be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur and are a normal part of working with botanicals.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-order, bulk, and wholesale purchases are thoughtfully crafted for each client and are considered final sale.

Skin Sensitivity & Scent Preference

Individual reactions and scent preferences can vary. We encourage reviewing ingredient listings and reaching out before purchase if you have specific sensitivities or questions.

Shipping Notes

While we carefully package every order, carrier delays or weather-related interruptions are outside of our control. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
