At Coco Elan, we take great care in crafting high-quality personal care products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please email us at hello@cocoelanco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement product; however, we do not offer refunds.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. If a delay occurs, we will do our best to notify customers.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS, though we may use other carriers when necessary to ensure reliable delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Coco Elan is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to information entered incorrectly at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • No receptacle
  • Unclaimed delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be stalled in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most up-to-date tracking information. We are happy to assist if additional support is needed.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with:

  • Neighbors
  • Building management
  • Your local post office

Unfortunately, Coco Elan cannot replace packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned Packages

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information or delivery issues will require a new shipping payment before reshipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you notice an error in your order, such as an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@cocoelanco.com.

We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Shipping Issues

Coco Elan is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
